Individual Therapy

A dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and find your way back to yourself.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy offers support tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

In our work together, sessions are collaborative, confidential, and guided by curiosity rather than judgment. We will explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences at a pace that feels safe and respectful to you.

To me, therapy isn’t about "fixing" who you are. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can build the tools for real, lasting change.

What to Expect

Sessions are collaborative, paced, and responsive to your nervous system. You will always have choice and control in how we work together.

In therapy, we may:

  • Develop awareness of bodily sensations and nervous system states

  • Gently explore how stress or past experiences live in the body

  • Practice grounding, regulation, and resourcing techniques

  • Build capacity to stay present with emotions and sensations

  • Support integration of insight, embodiment, and emotional healing

The goal is not to relive experiences, but to help your system feel safer, more regulated, and more connected over time.

Who Individual Therapy is For

Individual therapy can be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Feel chronically anxious, overwhelmed, or on edge

  • Experience numbness, shutdown, or disconnection

  • Have difficulty with boundaries, relationships, or emotional regulation

  • Notice strong reactions that feel hard to control or explain

  • Want to understand your responses with more compassion and clarity

  • Relationship challenges

  • Grief, loss, or unresolved experiences

  • A desire for personal growth or deeper self-connection

You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many people come simply because they want things to feel better or clearer.
