Teen Therapy

Exploring anxiety, grief, identity and purpose

Right now, it probably feels like you’re being squeezed from two sides.

On one hand, you have the exhausting, unmanageable demands of just getting through a Tuesday—school, social loops, family stuff.

On the other, there’s this constant, heavy pressure to "build your future" before you’ve even had a chance to figure out who you are.

It’s a lot. And it’s okay if it feels like too much.

Who Teen Therapy is For

You don’t have to be in a total crisis to start therapy. Honestly, most people reach out because they just want things to feel a little more manageable.

This might be a good space for you if:

  • The "Future" feels like a weight. You’re trying to handle the impossible demands of right now while everyone is breathing down your neck about "building your future."

  • Your social battery is at 0%. You literally cannot find the energy to text back or show up to the party, and you’re starting to feel disconnected from everyone.

  • You’re stuck in "On" or "Off" mode. You either feel chronically anxious and on edge, or you feel totally numb and shut down.

  • The "Parent Friction" is real. You find yourself feeling a deep sense of disgust or annoyance at basically every comment your parents make, and you aren’t sure how to change the dynamic.

  • Your reactions feel "too big." Sometimes you have strong reactions or moods that feel impossible to control or even explain to yourself.

  • Relationship drama is draining you. Whether it’s friends, dating, or family, the constant "stuff" is making it hard to focus on anything else.

  • You just want to know yourself better. You’re making huge life decisions and you want a space to figure out who you actually are—not who everyone else wants you to be.

This isn't another place where an adult tells you what’s "wrong" with you or gives you a to-do list. This is a partnership.

Our Sessions Belong to You.

You’re the expert on your life. We talk about what you want to talk about. If you want to dive deep into something heavy, we go there. If you just need to vent about the week, that’s what we do.

Decoding the "Noise."

We’ll look at the pressure you’re under—not just to "fix" your grades or behavior, but to understand your own nervous system. When things feel like they're crashing, we figure out why and how to help you feel more in control.

A Judgment-Free Zone.

There’s no "right" way to show up here. You don't have to perform, you don't have to be "on," and you don't have to have all the answers.
